Textile engineer, Michel Caillibotte, joined Dow Chemical in 2006 to position Dow Xla™ as a successful and profitable ingredient brand in swim and active wear. Michel worked previously for Decathlon, France – one of the largest global sports goods retailers – first as material development & sourcing manager then in charge of Apparel R&D. He also collaborated with Adidas-Salomon as senior materials engineer where he was actively involved in the 1994 Olympics, the 2006 Soccer, and Adidas Climacool apparel.
