Kind of toys for a sustainable development In the Computer Lab during the Computer lessons we talked about the importance of Sustainability to save our environment. Various Renewable Energy sources like Wind Turbines, Solar Panels, Solar Water Heaters, Wave Energy and others were discussed so to help us understand more the importance of sustainability. We discussed that our Country and other European countries need to apply these sources and also especially to our houses such as solar panels and solar water heaters to be more energy efficient by spending less energy to heat or to cool them to the best so that we can have a better environment. After this students went home and as hands on practice with the help of their parents they created some models and then were brought to school so that everyone could shares his/her ideas with their peers. A lesson was delivered in clas about the importance of sustainable energy. Various themes were mentioned and one of them was Pollution. Students created charts according to their skills.
